John D. Zook, CPA, MBA

Immediate Past Chairman

John “Jack” Zook is the founder and managing director of Zook Dinon PA, Certified Public Accountants, located in Moorestown, New Jersey. Prior to founding the firm, Jack was a member of the audit staff of the international accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.

For the past 30 years Jack has also been a tenured faculty member in the accounting department at La Salle University in Philadelphia. As an assistant professor, he has taught financial and managerial accounting, taxation, and financial planning at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. His articles have been published in a number of professional journals, including the Tax Adviser, CPA Journal, Accounting Today, Taxation for Lawyers, Taxation for Accountants, Personal Financial Planning, the Pennsylvania CPA Journal, the Ohio CPA Journal, and Club Director. 

He holds an MBA from Drexel University and a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics from St. Joseph’s University. Jack is a Past President of the Union League of Philadelphia.
