This report is the latest in a series of similar reports produced by NGF over the past 25 years. It profiles golf facility revenues, expenses and other benchmarks so that operators, appraisers and others can compare an individual facility’s performance with that of similar facilities. The report is divided into eight sections, six public and two private, based on region (Sunbelt or Frostbelt) and total revenues. It is based on responses from 765 18-hole facility operators and covers data from 2009 and 2008.
