The National Club Association is Your Voice on Capitol Hill. Our Legislative Action Center is designed to broaden our lobbying efforts by allowing all individuals interested in the private club industry to communicate with their elected leaders and government officials.
Clubs across the country face a broad variety of legislative and regulatory issues. NCA monitors the regulatory environment and legislative proposals that could harm our clubs nationally and we aggressively work to stop such proposals before they damage our industry. In addition, at the state level, we monitor the progression of state laws that could set precedent for federal level policy.
NCA's purpose is to keep you abreast of what is happening on Capitol Hill and in the statehouses that affects our industry. You can read about legislative and regulatory issues, and when appropriate, use the Legislative Action Center to communicate with policymakers. We provide you with NCA’s insight and position on issues and we support grassroots efforts through campaigns to communicate our position to elected officials.
By being an active participant in the grassroots process, you can maximize your influence in the U.S. government. And, by working with the National Club Association you can make a difference for your club and our entire industry. The National Club Association's mission is to represent private clubs’ interests with government, and with strong grassroots participation from our members, we will continue our long record of success protecting that which we love so much—our private clubs.
