A new, user-friendly tool is now available to help you and your club navigate the moving target of health care reform. This comprehensive National Club Association online resource provides guidance on regulatory and compliance issues surrounding the Affordable Care Act (ACA). NCA Members receive free access to what we hope will serve as the health care hub for the private club industry.
We are committed to providing a resource that reflects the latest information, knowing that the ACA has been ever changing when it comes to deadlines and delays. NCA’s Health Care Resource Center takes the guesswork away from busy club leaders and empowers them with the information they need to adapt to the latest changes and emerging provisions.
In just one location, the website provides an array of information, including tools, guidelines, website links to trusted sources, timely news articles and NCA resources to assist clubs with implementation timelines and compliance rules. The NCA Health Care Resource Center will be your best source for information to share with club leaders, HR managers and staff as the new law is implemented over the next few years.
This exclusive resource for NCA members can be found on the private side of our website www.nationalclub.org. After logging in, look under the Knowledge Management tab for the Health Care Resource Center.
The Health Care Resource Center landing page guides you to multiple pages of valuable information, including:
- Compliance and implementation guidelines and links to NCA regulatory alerts and updates
- News & Information organized by topic, web resources, recorded webinars, breaking developments and pertinent news articles
- Ongoing opportunities to ask questions about the ACA during regular health care law town hall meetings via conference call on Mondays at 4:00 p.m. ET
- History of how the ACA evolved over time and NCA’s involvement in reporting regulatory updates and information to club members
NCA hopes you find the new online resource valuable as we continue to offer support and information for private clubs on the health care law.
