Join us for a webcast on the state of play of the H-2B program and efforts underway in Congress to improve the program. Gray Delany, managing director of the Seasonal Employment Alliance (SEA), will spearhead the discussion, joined by Peter Petrina, president of Petrina Group International & SEA Chair, and Rob  Smith, Platinum Advisors. SEA is the leading H-2B advocacy organization, of which NCA is an active member. SEA represents more than 3,700 small and seasonal employers across all industries who use the H-2B program.

Panelists will update the private club community on the status of the H-2B program and discuss efforts to get the Certified Seasonal Employer Designation across the finish line. If adopted, CSE designation would give program certainty to most current program users—employers would need a labor certification each of the last five fiscal years and qualified employers would then be able to request the highest number of positions they were certified for in any of those five years. This rewards compliant, long-time program users and prevents them from having to compete with new applicants who may have previously hired unauthorized workers.

This webcast is open to everyone in the private club community with an interest in improving the H-2B program.
