Operational excellence is easy to talk about and difficult to sustain. In a busy club, standards slip not because people stop caring, but because the day gets in the way. Different departments work in different ways. Knowledge lives in a few people's heads. The work gets done, but no one has a clear view of whether it was done well or done at all. This session steps back from the day-to-day and looks at the principles behind clubs that run consistently well. How do you set one standard across greenkeeping, kitchen, F&B and facilities when each team works so differently? How do you build accountability without drowning your managers in paperwork? And how do you spot the patterns that tell you something is about to go wrong before it does?
We will share practical thinking with plenty of room for discussion.
